Meta is looking for a Mid-Market and Scaled Sales Manager to help scale the sales of our Business Messaging products via our regional hub. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta and the role that we can play in how people and businesses communicate. They will have deep experience in enterprise/B2B sales and opportunity management, with an understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or messaging solutions. This role requires an experienced sales professional, with a track record in the B2B/SaaS space and experience in managing in the mid-market segment. This is a hands-on, high execution leadership role which will require excellent sales and interpersonal skills, and will involve day to day coaching, pipeline management and QA to devise and drive execution of sales campaigns
Mid-Market and Scaled Sales Manager, WhatsApp Business Messaging LATAM Responsibilities
- Lead and build a team of high-performing Account Executive to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in our Mid-Market and scaled sales segment across LATAM.
- Lead operational execution for sales performance, forecasting, and strategic coaching.
- Build outbound prospecting campaigns working with Business Development, Field Marketing and Partners.
- Work in collaboration with Marketing, Partners and Sales to build Go-To-Market strategy and messaging.
- Develop global playbooks that clearly articulate best practices for building a world class sales engine.
- Develop medium and long term strategic plan for scaled sales for LATAM.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working in a highly skilled environment with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS space
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Experience with translating complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans, communications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Experience with rapidly changing products and with responding strategically to customer needs
- Experience with building and developing relevant working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Meta
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
- BA/BS degree

- Experience in B2B growth companies
- Experience with enterprise software start-ups, and the business of innovation
